Over and above manufacturing specifications and quality checks, our premium trolleys are endurance tested top ensure that they are manufactured to the best possible standards.
What makes our Premium Trolley different?
- Unique patented design allows collapsing with all components fitting into one complete unit
- Incorporates 8 half-length posts, each 950 mm long
- This design allows our posts to fit within the trolley base when collapses (compared to other trolleys have to store the 2 metre-long posts separately to the trolley base and shelves)
Benefits of collapsing into one complete unit?
- Prevents damage to components
- As Shade Span trolley posts and shelves are protected within the collapsed trolley shell
- Minimises risk of losing posts and shelves
- As all stored together in each unit
- Minimises space needed for empty trolleys and components when collapsed
Example comparing to other trolleys:
- A stack of 6 Shade Span trolleys occupies half a pallet space. Trolleys without this functionality would need:
- Half a pallet space for the bases
- Half a pallet space for the shelves
- As well as the length of 2 metres space for their posts in addition to the above space occupied by shelves and posts
This results in other trolleys requiring at least double the available space for empty trolleys, depending on the quantity being used. Inefficient use of space results in exponential additional costs related to extra travel time, fuel, and labour costs.
