TROLLEY EXCHANGE SYSTEM

1. Each Nursery, Transporter or Retailer hires the number of trolleys needed to run their business.

2. Trolleys are exchanged at each point of delivery (Full trolleys exchanged for empty trolleys at wholesale nursery and empty trolleys exchanged for full trolleys at transporter/retail depot).

3.The receiver of loaded trolleys must have an equal number of empty trolleys ready for exchange.

The exchange of trolleys provides efficient movement of stock and limits double handling (and associated costs) to a minimum.
